Rely has been an important partner since 2017. We are a fulfillment operation and Rely has staffed our building with temporary and seasonal workers to help us service our 2045 stores. In that time many of the people that came in for the season have been able to earn permanent positions and promoted to leadership roles. Through their partnership we have been able to diversify our workforce and make our company and operation a better place to work.

In 2018, we met Rely Workforce Group and immediately, the level of professionalism shined. We started small with them, but we quickly realized that they were providing us with better quality employees and we increased our requests daily. Rely also believes in making sure they provide the best guest service by having a Rely management staff at the park during our check in process to make sure their employees meet our guidelines in uniform and required documentation.

I love them so much. We’re new to North Carolina and my husband got a great job within a week. Thank you for helping my husband be a great provider for his family.
