After working with other staffing companies, I took a leap of faith and embarked on an opportunity to grow with a startup company. I have always had a passion for helping others and working with Rely Workforce has given me the opportunity to bridge the gap between employees and employers to provide sustainable employment. In my current role I ensure that the day-to-day office operations are running smoothly and effectively; and build strategies for process improvement.

I am a woman who has and will continue to take the "road less traveled" to create customized strategies and execution plans that help our partners do business better. I am also passionate about leading professionals and I genuinely care that they exceed their goals and grow with the company. Both achievements impact retention and overall profitability for Rely Workforce Group. Driven to be a part of a team that sets the standard in the marketplace versus being like everyone else in the industry. That matters to me.
After receiving my Juris Doctorate at Wake Forest University’s School of Law, I married my finance background with the law and assisted companies with commercial transactions both as outside and inside counsel. Then what started as just helping a friend form his dream company, led to a journey of learning and educating others on the nuances of the legal framework we operate in. I strive to create win-win situations with our partners while protecting the company.
