Our company was started with one simple concept in mind – bring the human element to our deserving workforce. We have been able to enhance the lives of many of our associates by providing meaningful employment opportunities so that they and their families can thrive. At the core of our everyday are the associates that we go to work for by partnering with forward thinking customers that share our values to create these opportunities.

After working with other staffing companies, I took a leap of faith and embarked on an opportunity to grow with a startup company. I have always had a passion for helping others and working with Rely Workforce has given me the opportunity to bridge the gap between employees and employers to provide sustainable employment. In my current role I ensure that the day-to-day office operations are running smoothly and effectively; and build strategies for process improvement.

After receiving my Juris Doctorate at Wake Forest University’s School of Law, I married my finance background with the law and assisted companies with commercial transactions both as outside and inside counsel. Then what started as just helping a friend form his dream company, led to a journey of learning and educating others on the nuances of the legal framework we operate in. I strive to create win-win situations with our partners while protecting the company.
